About mentoring
With critical and purposeful observation as a starting point, I can help you work on different aspects that you may be needing. The idea is that you develop criteria and tools to gain autonomy. Mentoring works based on your specific needs or objectives.
Since I believe that having a new idea is, most of the time, simply giving up an old one that is no longer useful or suitable, I understand that the creative process begins there. So simple and so complex. In turn, having new ideas implies a commitment to look -and to look at ourselves-, unlearn and sharpen our critical outlook.
In the mentoring sessions we are going to meet and we are going to unravel communication, strategic and editorial problems that you are facing, but we are also going to follow work processes and get inspired.
But it's not all an abstraction, you're going to take with you some concrete tools and a customized action plan.

My clients say
Carla, hospitality and cultural manager
“First I will say that I follow Laura closely in her journalistic articles, all the valuable data she shares and also her work on the Map. It seemed to me that by knowing how to interpret different languages in communication, from different trades and origins, I was going to have a broader and more comprehensive vision when it came to advising, and I was right. With his loving and methodical vision, he helped me unravel the skein that had been woven in my head”
Mora, communicator and journalism graduate. Works at ZonaProp.
“When I started working as a journalist, I found reality before my eyes, far from what I could have learned in academic dynamics. Some challenges arose and when working in such a particular field I came to feel lost. Being able to work with Laura was a decision I made in order to understand the process of how to make articles and how the dynamic of looking for sources was. Listening to the experience and opening the doors of "the kitchen" of his notes was essential to be able to take tools, advice and best practices when writing or engaging in conversations. So if you are a student and want to know a little more about what this world is like or if you are taking your first steps in journalism, I definitely recommend taking a mentorship with her”
Florencia Melo, yoga teacher and owner of Be.Somatic
"Laura has been able to wonderfully interpret the twist that I wanted to give to the communication of my brand. She helped me a lot to find the right and appropriate words. Her look was very enlightening for me and for my business"
Diana Maffia, philosopher, teacher and director of Tierra Violeta NGO
“We did a consultancy with Laura and it was a very important and timely process for us in this new stage of our organization, helping us to transmit our identity and reach exactly who we need. I recommend it!"
Florencia Radici, editor, Forbes Magazine
"Laura is a great collaborator to have on the team. She always brings proposals with new and fresh ideas and, once she commits to doing a job, she does everything possible to fulfill what was promised. She meets delivery deadlines and her notes are interesting and very well written. She is always super open and willing to new opportunities. It is a pleasure to work with her."
Teresa Buscaglia, journalist, content creator
"My meeting with Laura led me to activate my attempt to redesign my professional life. She advised me how to better communicate my work experience, highlighting what I want to do today as a communicator. Sge immediately understood what I needed and knew how to approach everything I brought to our meeting. She separated what was important, highlighted what was most attractive and shed light on aspects of my career that I did not even register. It was a great experience to have his mentoring to face new challenges with greater security and clarity in communication."
Ceci, psychologist and positive psychology & mindfulness specialist
"I consulted Laura to redefine and design my profile on IG. I wanted to work on aspects of content, others linked to identity and how to capture it visually, polish texts, create an agenda. She helped me have elements to inspire me, define an aesthetic, choose better images, be attentive to issues in the writing of posts, have greater coherence in publications, know how to define some sections, among other ideas and tools.Be accompanied at times when projects start, have guidance and listening in those first steps, it is vital and makes a difference. Knowing how to communicate is an art and Lau is very clear on how to do it better"
Guillermina, designer at We are Chicha.
"Lau is super professional and is always thinking of improving as much as possible. Not only is she very creative in how to approach the content, but she is also very punctual with her deliveries. With this I confirm the first thing I say that she is super professional and concrete. It's always good to team up with her at CHICHA"
Daniela Dimov, human resources and founder of UKU conscious community
‘Lau helped me order and shape the development process of my platform project in an integral way. She introduced me to my current designer, she acted as a bridge with programmers, she was part of the project management (serving as an interlocutor with the different suppliers) helping to order and clearly communicate the needs. He also advised me on programming management due to having experience with web platform development and beta testing, and finally, he assisted me with communication and press issues. With her comprehensive look, it is a resource and a 360 aid”
Laura Visco, creative & founder of Amiga, hablemos de plata.
"In a world where 99.99% of press people send out generic press releases, Laura didn't come here to push a project like it was just another product on the shelf. She came to understand what I'm really about. Not just what I do, but who I am and why it matters to tell it. She gets to the point. She doesn't work to fill out an Excel spreadsheet of "contacted media." She doesn't wait to "see what happens." She makes it happen. She didn't come here to "share my story." She came to campaign for it."
María Eugenia Castagnino, editor, La Nación
"I love working with Lau at every stage of the story-writing process: from our ping-pong of ideas and topics (she always has a keen journalistic eye for the cultural trends of our generation) to the more practical issues surrounding deadlines and structures. She's a writer and a vision I always like to call upon for stories that not only inform but also editorialize".
